how use software update in lion server?

How i can download all updates to the server, because the new updates like iMovie 9.0.6 doesn't start to download. i can administrate this form terminal? i can change the downloads directory for example mount a hard drive and the updates will be storage there? thanks sorry with my english, I hope you understand me thanks
