When I try to use this command I am sent to front row. I can force quit throught the apple menu. This began when I upgraded to Snow Leopard.

Hmmm, that's a strange one, did you check System Preferences>Keyboard>Keyboard Shortcuts, to see what Frontrow says?
The keyboard shortcuts shows Front Row with only two symbols. The command key and a symbol I am not familiar with, a circle with an arrow pointing at 10 o'clock. I did uncheck the box for Front Row and now nothing happens. Very strange indeed.
This might clear up some wierd inputs:
PRAM RESET
Thanks, but this did not help. Still a mystery.
I think that 10 o'clock symbol is esc key.
So does Force Quit keys work now?
Unfortunately it does not work. I may try resetting the keyboard setting to the default mode. I am not sure if that will work. I did ask some questions at my Mac reseller store. They were mystified also. They are running Lion on there systems and this problem does not show up. At least I can access the function through the apple menu.
Thanks for all the suggestions.
