bluetooth connection
My 1st generation ipad pairs with other devices but does not connect to them. What am I doing wrong?

What sort of devices ? Bluetooth on iOS devices is mainly for pairing with devices such as keyboards and headphones, and not, for example, for copying content to/from other computers/devices.
