Jun 23, 2012 9:40 AM in response to alanfromnewtownardsby Jaythac,just had mail from John in itunes support.......goodness how quick was that!!......he said he could see my problem and gave me instructions about another email address and how it needed to be verified etc.......tried that but it still wouldnt let me do the dreaded, pesky flipping 3rd question!!......sooooo frustrating......anyway Im getting very friendly with people at Apple and will probably be invited to their Christmas do at this rate

Jun 23, 2012 9:57 AM in response to janka888by Jaythac,oh janka its so frustrating......I feel like screaming........or opening a bottle of wine......yeh that night be best!......this John told me to follow the instuctions on the email to verify the account but there wasnt anything to verify!!.....told him other people were having same prob so its obviously gremlins at work somewhere

If any of you are disparate for an app then you can download the app on your iTunes on pc and then install it from the purchased section on iPad... This is only a temp fix.
I can't believe apple haven't sorted this out yet. Very disappointed

I don't care about the fact it is being looked into... I want answers ... And compensation... over 24 hours later and the same problem. Exists... Not good enough
Apple. Sort it out ASAP otherwise I will smash this lovely peice of glass that I'm sure is marvellous.... Maybe...

Jun 23, 2012 7:28 PM in response to badgerchowby p92,snaba has a temp solution there! i downloaded one thing through itunes and i had to choose the 3 security q's. the 3rd q didnt freeze! and thnen i downloaded another app a little while later with no trouble

Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folders for the response too.
