    Sound like a phone call is the only way forward for many of Apple's customers as long as they are:

    (A) Not deaf.

    (B) Have huge amounts of time to spend finding their own country's number after a couple of circuits of the Apple support site and subsequently in dealing with the call.

    (C) Recognise  their call will be answered by an android outside Apple's office hours.

     

    There must be an easier way of buying a few £0.99 ($1.29) apps/tunes. (Hang on a minute Apple is that the correct exchange rate?)

    Im having the same problem I tried to do everything to reset it but it still has the box to answer the questions but Idont remember answering them in the first place. I hope they fix this problem soon. But can somoeone help me reset them because I cant buy any apps but i bought apps before and i had no problem.

    This is bull! I JUST put $15.00 on my account, and I'll be DAMNED if I have to end up creating a new account just to get iTunes off my back! Why do they randomly ask for my answers, anyway? I just bought music 4 weeks ago, yet it's my "first time purchasing on this device!"

    Alright so i just tried to buy inifiny blade 3 and it asked me for my security questions that are the total opposite of the questions i set for this account. I have made hundreds of purchases. Why is it making me do this now?

    same for me, i made hundreds of purchases, and it says "this is my first purchase"... f-ck this, i have 15 usd on my account and i cant use them?! *** APPLE?!?

    Hey Guys,

     

    Just had  the same problem, and resolved it without calling,  had this questions asked and had no idea what to do, frustated after all said here...

     

    Solution for my case:

    Purchased an app  through iTunes.. it went fine with no questions, then my iphone knew there was a new app purchased online, and it downloaded it, then i could make purchases again through my phone.

     

    I haven't reset my questions but i can make purchases now.

    thanks, but not working for me :/ when i try to purchase an app on my computer, it says the same: "this is my first purchase on this computer, i have to answer security questions".. and ofc this is not my first purchase on this computer........ cant believe this...

    and this annoys me so much because i dont have a US phone, because i live outside US, however, i have a US itunes account - so i cant call the support. and my account is topped up with 15 usd, which i cannot spend. THUS, i cant move my account to my "real" country, because it says, i have 15 usd on my account, and i have to spend it, before i change my country... awesome, isnt it?!

     

    AND i dont have a rescue email address, because when i made my itunes account, it was not required...

    I have tried everything to change my sucurity questions, but they don't work. If i keep getting my sucurity answers wrong,  then i'll be locked out of my acount!! PLease, anyone, HELP

    So I decided to finally call. They asked for my phone number, I gave it to them. Phone did not ring. Got an e-mail saying they tried to contact me...nothing. So I decided to try and contact them, and then this screen popped up:

    THERE'S NO PHONE NUMBER!!!!!! ***?!?!?!?!?

     

    Edit: Entered my phone number in again, and it worked this time. Talked to someone who was very nice about it...problem solved. That was a hassle.

    Try this...

    In ITunes store go to your account Information

    Click "Edit" of Apple ID, once inside it shows... To change your security questions and other Apple ID details, visit - appleid.apple.com.

    Once you have logged into that webpage you can change your security question answers.

    Your post doesn't help. Once you've logged in, you have to answer 2 security questions before you caqn change them. Not much use if you can't remember the answer to the questions. Apple this is rubbish  !!!
