I'm having partly the same issue but I did not set these questions. How did you get the reset to work because when I send it to my email it sends me right back to the same page to sign in and answer the questions, but the problem is I don't know these answers these questions mean nothing to me. It won't let me get a customer service number and says my phone is not under my Apple ID only my iPad. Tried entering my serial number and it says it belongs to a different account. If anyone else reads this please send a customer service number this is ridiculous
This is really EFFING annoying, especially since I work 3rd shift, so I'm never AWAKE to have the time to call.. All of the OVERDOSING on security apple has is ridiculous. I miss having my samsung, but the only reason I bought this peice of crap iphone is because it was cheaper. if I knew apple was going to suck this hard, I would've waited and saved the money.
I have the same problem.. Its ridiculous to need your security questions to buy something on the App Store. I made my account forever ago & of course I don't remember what I put for my security question answers!!!!!!!!!!!! & it's ridiculous to have to call apple to fix it. There needs to be an option!!!! So frustrating!!!!
