Im writing a really really really long email that I don't want to re-write and then I press the undo button on the keyboard by accident and then it wipe out HALF THE EMAIL and I press the redo button (a billion times) and NOTHING HAPPENS. I want the undo button on the keyboard removed so bad...or at least like turned off form the settings or something. It really annoyed me so much, and this happens a lot to me.

What "undo" button?
You mean the Undo Typing one that pops up when you shake the iPad?
No, when you press that .?123 button in the left corner of the keyboard and then the number keyboard is there and a bunch of other stuff then at the left corner there's a big fat undo button that I keep pressing.
