my PC does not recognize my new imac so I am unabel to transfer / migrate. WHy is this?

I am trying to use the migration from PC to mac and it is not fonctioning. My mas sees my PC but my PC will not connect for some reason. I never get the code to come up it just searches and searches with no resluts........

Im going crazy!! Please help
