I think you mean delete them from your purchase history. Being a history, you can't delete it, but you can hide them by swiping them and tapping the hide button when viewing them in the purchased section of the app store.

Aug 20, 2013 9:11 AM in response to PolloTontoby King_Penguin,You can't currently permanently delete any items from your purchase history, all you can do is hide them so that they don't appear in the Purchased links for re-downloading

OK but I don't like it.
Because it makes me download over and over Apps that I dislike at least at every upgrade the App has. Will the 'hide' save me from that in the future?
And how to hide this unwanted Apps?

Aug 21, 2013 6:26 AM in response to PolloTontoby King_Penguin,Hiding them will mean that they don't appear in the Purchased tab when you are browsing/redownloading your apps.
Hiding items : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
If you have the app in your computer's iTunes library or on your device then any updates for them will still show in the Updates list, hiding them from Purchased won't change that - but if you delete them from your computer's iTunes library then you shouldn't get any prompts to download updates for them (and similarly if you delete them from your devices they shouldn't then appear in the Updates tab in the App Store apps on them).
