I have a ticket for my book...how can I solve?

The error is:

Incorrect book file submitted.

6.1.1 Incorrect file

All books must be correct and match the cover art and metadata.

I've redelivered the book same as before, and now there are two new messages by Apple:

The following ticket task(s) have been updated by the feed: Full epub

Epub internals validation passed

If after the review by Apple, there is the same problem, how can I solve?? thanks!
