Apple Error Code 37 - Apple Mobile Device USB Driver doesn't work! HELP!!!!

My iTunes was on an old version and I synched up my iPad just fine on it. Then, I updated to the latest version of iTunes and when I try to connect my iPad, it doesn't sync! It gives me an Error Code 37 about the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver not working. I've tried the steps provided here

But it goes back to the same thing! It just keeps saying Apple Mobile Device USB Driver isn't installed properly and the Code 37. I've even tried uninstalling iTunes and it's components and still the same thing! How do I fix this problem?
