My camcorder Panasonic NV-GS300 does not work on my IMac
My Imac does not recognize my camcorder Panasonic NV-gs300. I connected the camera with a IEEE1393 firewire cable.

Check whether it is officially supported. You didn't say what version of OS X or iMovie you are using, so:
