Please help my dad, i can´t hear music with mi iPod (generation 5), i can play my songs but they doesn't sound (obviously using the earphones), i already check the menu but all seems to by ok. i don't know what's happening because i can hear them on iTunes but not in the iPod.
I have the original earphones.

You'll want to try and troubleshoot this problem by going through the 5 R's. If might not also hurt to try a different pair of earbuds as well.

If none of those help, it could be a very good sign that the audiochip on your iPod's logic board has worn or started to break off, meaning you'll need to have your iPod serviced or replaced. Not really anything else you can do to troubleshoot this one.
