For a while now, when I've gone on the YouTube app on my phone, it says "cannot connect to YouTube," even when I'm connected to the Internet. So yesterday I thought maybe if I reset all the settings, it would fix that problem. When you reset the settings, it specifically says "No media or data will be lost." However, when my phone had been reset, I had lost every photo and video from January 1st, 2012, until now. My phone was connected to iCloud and I was under the impression that it would back up to iCloud and save all my photos and videos, but when it asks to "restore to a backup," the only backups available to restore to are from December 31st, 2012, and yesterday when I tried to restore it. All my text messages are lost as well, which I don't care about as much, but all the notes are still there up to June 11th, 2012. Is there any possible way I can get back those lost photos and videos? There were over 80 videos of songs I've written that aren't recorded anywhere else. The last seven months of my life is pretty much gone if I can't get those videos back. Thank you so much.
