White screen after logon

After I enter my password after login, I get a long delay before the finder comes up. All that shows is a blank white screen. I deleted my login items plist, and done a repair permissions, but neither of those has helped. I am on a MB Air 13 using Lion 10.7.4. Any ideas? Thanks!

MacBook Air, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

I appreciate the generic troubleshooting steps, but I am already past that.

I did try one thing that just worked, I unbound my active directory domain, and the delay went away. No idea why the issue "suddendly" popped up though, as it was working just fine over the last 6 months.

When I am back on my domain locally, I'll try to rebind and see what happens.

I am experiecing the same issue. A local user account is able to logon in seconds. Logging in with a AD domain account with a mobile account gets delayed by at least 20-40 seconds with the white screen. Ive attempt to unbind and rebind, that has not helped. Is it possible a recent patch is causing this issue? This has only been reported in the last couple of weeks.

White screen after logon
