why i the itunes account i created, cant be set up? it says i must contact itunes support, but i cant find what support is it, no email add or what? i need itunes support to complete the transaction, pls. help.

Hi,the new account i created cant go through, it says i need to contact itunes support to complete the transaction. What is this? i choose none as payment options, this could be problem? but i will use itunes card to but apps later.
