Does mozilla firefox cause itunes to stop?

i have already submitted a question re an error 39 appearing after downloading an itune movie on laptop dell windows 6 not 7 vista 1525 using kaspersky and anti-malware-i wanted to add more information- i have recently did a full scan on kaspersky- was fine-

i have read recently that mozilla firefox is not compatible with itunes- i have enabled this in addition to google chrome- internet explorer had security issues-

perhaps that is why error 39 appeared on my screen when i downloaded an itune movie and the movie was interrupted-

Has anyone else encountered this ?
