I have a videos with mpeg2 extention, but quicktime not reads

I download and I pay!! a codec for it, but It say later that it is a previous version!!

please help me with it, because I lost my money and I have my problem yet

The mpeg2 plugin is not required in Lion.

Is it possible this video is encrypted?
