Q: I can't get my iphone 4S to work in Brazil. Wifi works but no phone service. Help!

I'm in Brazil and my iphone 4S with Verizon has no service. Wifi works but that's it. I was told the service was activated and would work on arrival. I'm stumped! i've even had other iphone owners look at my phone and they can't figure it out. any thoughts?

You should contact Verizon and explain the issue. They are the only people who could troubleshoot International Roaming issue with authenticity.
