iPad kindle will no longer pop up.

try this. double tap the home button fast, and a menu should appear on the bottom of the screen (the phone should be unlocked for this) Scroll through the menu by swiping left or right untill you find the app on the buttom of the screen. Once you find it, hold the icon down for 3-5 seconds. Once a x appears on the app on the bottom of the screen, click the red minus over the kindle app. Then click the home button once. Then try the app again. Let me know if it works!

Then just click the minus and reopen

Download any free app from the App Store. Once it finishes downloading, try launching the Kindle app again. Sometimes the security permissions get jiggered and downloading an app fixes it.

In addition to Meg's sound advice, I would recommend checking for updates via the App store. The Kindle app was recently updated and you may need the newer version.

Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears?

You just download them again. You won't be charged.

Ah. I thought you meant books purchased through Amazon.
