iBooks Apple ID change

For some reason, my ibooks app seems to be using an old apple ID, while the rest of the app store is using my current correct ID. All my books have disappeared, presumably becuase they were not purchased under the ID ibooks is finding. I am logged in in Settings under the correct idea. Suggestions? Thanks-

I'm not sure if it works, but it did fix the problem on my Mac.

Open iBooks store and switch to another store (a different country), and then switch back. After that, you'll find "sign in" on the menu bar, and you can sign in with your new apple id.

Go into the iBook Store through the iBook app, then scroll to the bottom to the Quick Links. Try tapping on the Apple ID (I assume your old ID) selecting sign out then log in using your present ID. I am not sure if it is possible to have the various stores logged into with different Apple IDs but it is worth a look.

I'm having just the same problem, but am not understanding your answer. When I go to iBooks, there is nothing I can identify as "Quick Links". There are only links for Books, NYTimes, Top Charts, etc. My Apple ID does not appear anywhere on the screen, either, for me to tap on. Can you please clarify?

Using iOS 6 at the bottom of the iBook Store, scroll all the way to the bottom, there is a section called "Quick Links". Under the "Quick Links" section you should see an "Apple ID:..." and a "Redeem" button. Tap the Apple ID button to sign in or sign out of a wrong ID then sign in with another.
