Finder will not open after upgrade to 10.7.4

Hi there, I have recently upgraded my 2009 Macbook Pro to OS 10.7.4. Since then Finder will not open 9 times out of 10. I have to restart Finder in order to get it open and gain access to my files. Is there a solution?

Here is what Console said:
