will adobe indesign cs4 run under lion???

does anyone have experienced problems with adobe indesign cs4 after upgrading to os x lion?

or any other cs4 programs that will no longer run?

so. then i have another question: I don't have the money to buy all the new programs i need for my business. is it possible to have icloud under snow leo? i.e. sync addresses, calendar and stuff?
