If I sign up for iMatch and move to iCloud will I be able to get my music on my Android device?
No. You need iTunes and a computer or iOS device to have iCloud and iTunes Match

There is no _profitable_ reason for Apple to allow you to do this. However it can be done in a relatively simple manner:
