Use the remote app. I have the iPod on a Rock-blocker and want to change songs etc from my I phone

Only says it allows control of an Apple TV or iTunes on a computer using the Remote app on an iOS device. I know of no way/app that allows control of one iOS Device from another iOS device or a computer.
