Got a Bluetooth keyboard, works find with my iPad, but in windows I can't access the @key. No delete key either which is a pain given my typing skills. Any help appreciated.

What brand of keyboard did you get? There's no 'backspace' key either? That is odd.
Different Bluetooth keyboards will have different limitations. I'd look in the manufacturers handbook for the product and see if there is a way to enable some of the keyboard options from your PC through the accessory settings off of your Windows Machine. That'd be where I'd start. As a simultaneous move--IF you can still return the keyboard and possibly get your $ back and/or exchange it--look on the web to see what the best BT keyboard (within your price range) is--and see if there is a better keyboard for your set up.
Apple Bluetooth uk version, it has a backspace key but no delete, or insert for that matter.
Part of the issue is having Windows and Apple components. If and when you get a Mac a lot of those incongruencies will just simply vanish. I know that's not all that helpful to hear, but nonetheless true. Sorry I can't be of more help.
