I don't have any APN settings under my cellular data how do i get that settings option on my phone

it's in

settings->general->Network->Mobile Data Network

if it's absent there contact your carrier

If the setting is missing from Settings > General > Network > Cellular Data Network, you can try updating the carrier settings.

Try tapping Settings > General > About.

You can also use the iPhone Configuration Utility to change APN settings.
