iTunes Match chopped the last few minutes off of many of my matched songs, but leaves the file size the same. How can I identify the truncated songs?

iTunes Match chopped the last few minutes off of many of my matched songs during dowloading, but left the file size the same. How can I identify the truncated songs? I have thousands of shortened songs so I need an automatic method. I could delete all of my matched songs and re-download them, but the same problem could occur again. This would be a perfect job for a $20 application program, if there are any ambitious programmers out there.
