I deleted bootcamp assistant. Can I get it back?

You can copy it from another Mac that has it. Do you have any friends or co-workers with Macs?

The easiest and most effective method to get it back is to reinstall OS X. Don't worry the re-install is not intrusive and will NOT overwrite your existing data. Simply boot into the Recovery Partition (Command +R) and install OS X. There is no need to copy from another computer that is 100% unnecessary. If you are on an older version of OS X such as 10.6.8 or earlier, boot from the OS X install disc and re-install OS X.
