iPhone semi-recognized in Windows 7

Hi,

Sorry to exhaust this subject of iPhones not properly installing on Windows 7, but I can't seem to find advice for my specific situation. I'm running a Windows 7, 64 bit with an iPhone 4s. I have Apple Mobile Device USB Driver installed, and it shows up when I plug in my iPhone and iTunes opens and my iPhone successfully syncs. When the iPhone is plugged in, two icons appear in the Devices and Printers window: The Apple Mobile Device USB Driver and "iPhone" with an error, which names the device "MTP USB Device." I also get the classic "device driver not successfully installed" message. Is there a way to get the iPhone to show up in Windows explorer? I just want to drag photos off it it...

Thank you for any help/suggestions!
