Maybe you should read what was actually said. I can sync with more than one computer, but only one at a time shows in the screen posted by the OP, and I did plenty of research.
Instead of proclaiming the "truth", how about documenting it with a link or reference to the User Guide, or an Apple support article that shows that the screen shown is accessible in any released version of the iOS. I have no problem being wrong...
If you have no problem being wrong, then look up "iTunes Syncing Over Wi-Fi" on the Apple Support Site. It's a real thing.
No one jailbroke a phone here.
The screen Ryland De shared is very real.
Here's your articles for the "truth". The User Guide only gets one so far until you do need a support article.

If you would have actually read the User Guide though, I'm sure you would have figured out the "truth" on your own. It clearly states, "You can sync iPhone with iTunes on a computer that is connected to the same Wi-Fi network". The screen shot the OP has attached actually shows the computers he's synced with before.
Here's some more information for you if you'd like to learn more about iOS 5....you know, just in case you were missing out.

One more thing, so that way you can see the process with your own eyes - http://lifehacker.com/5846373/how-to-set-up-wi+fi-sync-in-ios-5
