Q: No power when connecting to computer

My iPod shuffle does not show as being connected when I connect it to the computer. Also, the charge button is not lit.

If you have not already, since noticing this problem. Shut down (power off) your computer. Use this procedure to reset iPod shuffle

Start up computer. Run iTunes. Connect shuffle.
