I had my ipod replaced due to techncial problem and i receive it in the mail and the box was completely wet so will apple replace that. Does anyone know anything

One person says they will someone else says they wont. Ive got like three or four different answers
They probably have to put in a claim with the carrier, though if the iPod was damaged during shipment to you, someone should certainly cover the damage. Ask to speak with an Apple Support supervisor and get a definitive answer (in writing it possible). If you can't, ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations and ask them for assistance in getting the issue resolved.
