How to use MIDI Controller-Data for my software-Instrument instead of logic's mixer? (Volume and PAN)

Hi,

my MIDI Controllers has a couple of faders and knobs, i want to use them all in my software instruments.

unfortunately i can't use CC7 (Volume) and CC10 (PAN), because logic takes the information for it's own mixer (channel volume and channel PAN)... i tried to set it off somewhere in the settings, but i found nothing...

does anyone know about this problem and can help?
