NetFlix Genres

Hey is anybody Genres missing on your Netflix app on the Apple TV 2gen. I am missing Sci-fi and Fanasty, and Horror geners. I tried to reset my Apple TV resest the network setting. Even tried to do a restore on it still missing it. I'm always missing it on my 3gen Apple TV too. I have even sign out of netflix and sign back in nothing they don't show up. Any one know how I can fix this or point me in the direction. I'm new to this Apple Suppot Communities. Thanks

by the way firmware is the last firmware no betas...

I haven't seen that before. I'm guessing it may also be dependant on the country you are in. Netflix may be doing some maintenance ATM.

I have the same problem - Horror is missing under genres.

A bit earlier today I only had 6 genres listed - tried everything and ended up doing a full reset of the 3 gen Apple TV - That got me most of the genres back but Horror is still missing...

I got mine back. I called Netflix they said to add it to your Queue of the Genres. "All I did was had movies to list of the ones I was missing" they said it has to update with your profile or something like that.

I will try adling a couple of horror movies to the instant queue and see if that help :-)

I hope it works they said it can take up to 24-48 hours to update
