3 questions about a new book

In the past I have used iPhoto to create books.

I really like the Aperture ability to customize BUT have a few questions.

(1)
Is there a way of previewing the book layout at the bottom pane as it is in iPhoto.

I found it very helpful plus the unused layout pages appear in the main book preview window

Is there a way of rearranging the page layouts in the side bar (book pages bar).

I find it frustrating to have to skip thru pages in the main window that I am not going to use.

Frankly it looks like it is part of the book with blank pages.

Can you rearrange pages after they are complete.
IOW's = If I wanted to move pages 3-4 to pages 6 & 7.
