Strange POSIX permission problem

I have a OS X 10.6.8 server connected to an Active Directory. I've set an ACL with an Active Directory group permission to read/write.

Whenever my Windows users are trying to open up documents on the file share they get a specific POSIX permission with No Access for their specific user.

I.e AD\UserA tries to open a document on server, what happens is that the specific document applies new POSIX permissions for UserA with No Access permission, anyone have any ideas?

Mac Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.6)
