iTunes quits when trying to sync iPod after upgrading to Lion

Hello,

Since upgrading to Lion (10.7.4) yesterday, now iTunes (10.6) quits every time I try to sync my iPod Touch. The iTunes Library appears to be working as expected, but every time I click to the Sync page, iTunes app quits as soon as the sync page displays - no error messages, just quits abruptly.

Any advice?
