Anyone use their Mini as a CARPUTER?

Ever since I started using my MacBook Pro, I've been wanting to transform my life around Apples. So with this, I would like to install a Mac Mini, connect it to a touch screen 7" up to 10" LCD and put it into my new car.

This is what I'd like to do: Hook up Mini and store it in glove box or trunk (via aux power), then run a DVI to VGA cable to the screen. Hook up a wireless mouse and keyboard (BT) and BT GPS as well. Run a simple sound out into the stereo using my iPod/Aux in adapter. What do you think?

MacBook Pro 2.0GHz, 1GB, 100GB 7200RPM, Mac OS X (10.4.5), iPod 30GB

What do you think?

That you might be a menace on the highway. But other than that, I might be a bit concerned about temperatures your mini is exposed to--the extreme cold ones during the winter, and hot ones in the summer when the sun's out--if you actually store the mini in the vehicle as opposed to taking it out of the car when you leave--

Just my two and a half cents
