UPS email scam

I received an email which was a UPS scam UPS Quantum View. The email had two files: the first was designed to take you to a fake website and the second claimed to be an invoice. Since I had business with UPS, I clicked on the file and it downloaded. I removed it from the stack and put it in the Trash. I am not sure if the file ever opened. Do I have anything to worry about?
