Hi,
I was living in UAE and now I'm moving to Egypt, what will happen with my purchased apps when I change the app store country?
Will I be able to keep them as I already paid money for them or I'm gonna lose them and have to buy them again from the new app store of the new country?

Yes, you will keep them.
Thanks for the help, I beleive apple should include such a question in the iTunes store FAQ.
So if I'm gonna keep them, why there are different country stores in the first place? I can understand this for music and movies as in some countries there are copyright issues, but for apps I don't see it logic.

My purchases are lost after change of country, i.e. they don't show in the app store purchased section. So, how do you keep them?

Many people including myself are losing their previous purchases and cant update broken apps anymore.
As of Sept. 2012 fact is: You keep your previously purchased and downloaded items. But you cant update them anymore after you change to new store.
I moved to another country, So what will happen to my purchased apps when I change the app store country?
