ANYBODY else have an uneven trackpad on their MBP?

my trackpad on my MBP is uneven and higher up on the upper right side. it works fine but it is up even a tad higher than the part where you rest your hand. when i push it it moves down into the seat where it should be. is this normal, or ok? i dont want it to start peeling out or off in the corner. i feel almost like i can take my fingernail and tear up the trackpad from the raised part. its that high up. this MBP is going to get alot of heavy use and i need to make sure it is not a defect. i can accept alittle quirk but if its a defect i wonder if i should take it back. anybody else have a uneven trackpad?
