Can not burn disc.

I got a new pc and installed itunes. I have all the music I purchased but playlist are blank.

When I open itunes I get a message saying that itunes did not install properly and I can not burn disc without re-installing itunes.

If I do this do I need to create a new account, or is there something else I can do?

Thanks in advance. New at this
