Q: Can not burn disc.

I got a new pc and installed itunes. I have all the music I purchased but playlist are blank.

When I open itunes I get a message saying that itunes did not install properly and I can not burn disc without re-installing itunes.

If I do this do I need to create a new account, or is there something else I can do?

    Could you post your diagnostics for us please?

     

    In iTunes, go "Help > Run Diagnostics". Uncheck the boxes other than DVD/CD tests, as per the following screenshot:

    ... and click "Next".

     

    When you get through to the final screen:

    ... click the "Copy to Clipboard" button and paste the diagnostics into a reply here.

    Sorry I cant get this to work. I'm 60years old and don't know much about tech stuff. I save it to Word and then hit copy, but when I try to post it here, I don't get a paste opition.

    Try using your Ctrl-V keyboard shortcut to paste.

     I tried the repair from the add and remove programs. Still does not work.
