printing 30 labels from on contact- is it possible?
useing OSX 10.4.5 address book - I would like to print a full sheet of labels (30 addrees style) from one contact in my address book. Is this possible?
is there a tutorial - or a help section about printing labels? could not find it if there is.
1 - Create a new group
2 - Drag the contact you want to print into the group
3 - Select the contact and press Cmd-C to copy it
4 - Press Cmd-V until you have 30 copies
5 - Now select the group and press Cmd-P to print
ah - so it's a work around - that's the answer.
my Actress thought as much - I should have listened to her.
Thanks
I have another question:
Is it possible to print a label with the company name and the persons name as on it as well? - Can’t seem to get that happening – when I have the contact designated as a "company" Address Book just prints the company name & the address – when I change the contact designation to "not be a company" – then I get the persons name and address BUT no company name.
That part simply isn't possible unless you move the company name to another field, such as the first line of the street field. Apple would need to enable this in Address Book.
