Jun 26, 2012 5:59 PM in response to tjhearonby Allan Sampson,All contacts with what?
If you now have sync contacts with the Address Book, you need to change it back to syncing contacts with Outlook there.

Jun 26, 2012 9:05 PM in response to Allan Sampsonby tjhearon,Apologies, that was unclear.
I have "Sync Contacts" checked, then under that "All Contacts". The only things left as options to check are:
- "Selected Groups" - which is blocked;
- Yahoo and Google, which I don't need.
There is no option for anything to do with Outlook. This is a recent situation. I haven't synced the phone in a month or so, but have updated the Mac, Outlook and the iPhone fairly regularly.
Can you help??
Thanks, Allan.

Jun 27, 2012 8:11 PM in response to tjhearonby randers4,Not sure what's going on but you might want to compare your Outlook settings with this: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2452489 (references contacts too). In particular, be sure you have checked Contacts under Tools>Sync Services. Beyond that I don't know what to suggest.

Jun 27, 2012 9:10 PM in response to randers4by tjhearon,No, I haven't been using the Address Book. Guess I could export Outlook Contacts to Address Book, but then I am adding an extra step each time I want to keep Outlook and iPhones synced... What happened here?? Is this a bug? Thanks though.

Jun 27, 2012 9:23 PM in response to tjhearonby randers4,Although I have Outlook for mac I don't really use it (I sync with Address Book via iCloud) so I don't know that much about troubleshooting issues with syncing. There are a couple of places you might go for help though, perhaps you'll get some help at one of these:

Jun 27, 2012 10:42 PM in response to randers4by tjhearon,Thank you for the links. I have been pretty exhaustive in my search, but haven't found anything directly related (I am on Office 2010), and have tried just about every different config I can see possible in both iTunes and Outlook (both are updated). If you have any revelations, please send 'em my way... thanks again.
