Not quite sure what you mean by Lock Out...
i did just that and now ots saying the my ipad is disable and to connect to itunes
1: Connect the device to the computer you Usually Sync with and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.
3: If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try using the steps in this article to force the device into recovery mode.
for some odd reason my password isnt working and now its saying that my ipad is disables
You need to connect to iTunes to restore as has been stated or go into recovery mode if that doesn't work.
