Is there an app which allows to unlock iphone 4s after face detection only
iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1

No. I don't believe there is. I take it you've searched the App Store for such an app. Even if you did find such an app, I would advise against installing it, because one little bug and you may be permanently locked out of your device and would have to restore to factory settings.
