I have an iPad3 and have the iTunes app on my home page but can't seem to get into iTunes? Is it maybe because I'm resident in South Africa?

According to the iTunes terms of sale you must have a valid credit card that is registered to an address in that country in which you reside in order to buy content from the store.


You would need a credit card that is registered in another country with a legal address in that country.
