itunes won't open and tells me it is incompatible

iTunes won't open, have tried everything and nothing works. When I do a troubleshoot on it, it gives me a incompatible message, how can this be repaired???

Note: make sure to unchecked all boxes in Compatability tab for Windows 7.

Many thanks wiclee, tried that and everything was unchecked and still not working😟

Any other suggestions???

Check if your Windows 7 is 32bit or 64bit version? (Start, right click Computer and select properties.)

See if you have installed 32bit or 64bit iTunes.

Install file:

32bit - iTunesSetup.exe

64bit - iTunes64Setup.exe
